At EasyGO Mobility, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items are returnable within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or receipt

2. How to Initiate a Return

  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorisation number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for certain items
  • Bank processing times may vary; allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may require a price adjustment.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.

7. Warranty Returns

Items covered under manufacturer warranty may be eligible for repair or replacement. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your product or contact us for assistance with warranty claims.
