1. Cooling-Off Right (Distance Transactions)

Under the ECTA, customers have the right to cancel their order for any reason within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. If you choose to cancel:

  • The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

If a product turns out to be defective, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t meet expectations, you may, within 6 months of delivery:

3. No Returns for Change of Mind

South African law doesn’t grant a legal right to return goods simply because you changed your mind or prefer something else. That said, to reassure our customers, we offer a 7-day “satisfaction guarantee” on most in-stock scooters (excluding custom orders). Terms:

  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once items are returned and inspected.
